For the rent of the whole  month there is a discount of 10%

For weekly rent, check out  time is 10 am. and  check in time is within 17.00 on Saturday.

The price includes lights, gas, water, weekly cleaning and parking.

Additional beds  other  than the standard  number  of beds  have  an  extra  fee  of 20 euro.

PAYMENT

A deposit of 30% must be made on booking and the rest mast be paid on arrival.

WINTER  RENT

For a period of more tan 28 days you are kindly  asked to contact the management by phone : 0039 0541 691480 – 0039 335 6371591 or by E – mail : info@residencehamilton.it  in order that we can send you  a personalzed  quotation.

CANCELLATION

The deposit  is not refundable (art.1385 c.c ) If  tha cancellation is made within 60 days with your arrival date the management  will  allow  you to use the deposit  for another  vacation in another  period. ( for the same duration  or  similar duration ) of the same  year subject  to the availability.
